My account is supposed to be cancelled and I am billed! What can I do to get this seen to?

We went through a lot of trouble last year aiming to cancel AVG/AVAST and as far as we knew it was cancelled as my husband even talked to someone on the phone who reassured us that it was. Now I have been billed and money taken from my card.  We have a new laptop and the security was included in the deal so I no longer need AVG/Advast.  I find it so difficult to get to the proper person via email to have this corrected and to refund my money.  Please help me with this.  I would really appreciate a phone number directly to the person who can fix this please.
