My Account - missing notation: subscription of AVG Ultimate

Do you mean you are unable to see this product under My Subscriptions tab when you login to AVG MyAccount?

My Account isn´t updated with my one year subscription of AVG Ultimate:

Thank you for confirming. I am sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused to you. I need to escalate your issue to our sales team along with a screenshot of your AVG MyAccount showing "No subscriptions available" to resolve this issue.

I have sent you an email with steps on how to create a screenshot. Please check your inbox and spam/junk box as well for the email and reply with screenshot attached.
