My account not showing

If your active AVG subscription is not listed under "My Products" tab when you login to AVG MyAccount, we need to escalate it to the concerned team along with a screenshot of your AVG MyAccount to resolve the issue. I have sent an email requesting the screenshot, please revert it with the attachment.

For your information, when you purchase an AVG subscription, it will continue until it is canceled (formally known as “Continuing Protection Service”). We will charge the same card that you used initially.

I have AVG security untill 22 June but can find no record of this in my account and I have been told it has been renewded already but you do not have my card details.
