My Account shows I have paid for multiple services

My Account shows I have paid for multiple services with some having next payments in 2026 or 2027 due to downloading confusions. There is an option to switch to certain but these are not clear to me and do not want to waste more money again.

Can someone please explain the best option to follow to resolve please?
