My account was cancelled months ago and I do not want it renewed

Why do you send me notifications of a charge for an account I cancelled months ago.  I do not want any charges.  AVG did not work for me.  It crashed my one computer and messed up the other.  Please do not try to put through a charge for this product.  I don't want it.  I can't use it.  And I am stressed out having to receive notices that I am being charged when in all good faith, the account was cancelled months ago.  Please send me a reference that the account is cancelled and will not receive an attempt from your company to put a charge for this product on my card.  Thank you.
