My account was debited for AGV but no products shown on my account

Problems with AGV site when I purchased ultimate internet protection and Tune up ultimate, reported there was an error, the funds came off my account for the products but do not show on my AGV account.
Not impressed, got a message the site is being upgraded and have problems.
