My android mobile device doesn't show on the Zen Control Panel

Hello John,
Please be informed that AVG Zen features has been removed from the latest AVG Antivirus/AVG Internet Security, which is why you're unable to find the option to Enter invitation code.
-You can open the installed app on your android phone.
-Tap on drawer (3 lines) on top-left of the app.
-Select AVG Account.
-Enter your My Account email address and password.
The paid app should get installed automatically.

I'm an Ultimate Pro user and have various devices protected by anti virus and tune up software. All devices show on the Zen control panel, except my mobile device. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both apps on my mobile and then adding a new android device from Zen on my pc. All goes fine and the software is correctly installed on the mobile device without adverts, but I cannot find the menu entry to insert the activation code shown on the new device invitation email sent via Zen. Does anyone know a work around to get the mobile device to show on the main Zen control panel? Many thanks.
