My android phone got stolen. i m trying to locate it, but no success there. But what bothers me is that i can not lock it why? then what the benefit of your software if its not working perfectly, how do i overcome that and locate it?

Hi ashu,
You can't lock/locate it until it is turned on, but if you send lock command it is saved on our server and once phone is online command is sent and executed.
Please note that from security reason those commands are valid only for limited time.
