I work for a company that develops a bike-share app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=pbsc.cyclefinder.tembici&hl=en). But since this weekend, we are receiving reports from our users that AVG is reporting our app as malicious, with a Cerberus bank infection. I reported a false positive on the site and from my smartphone.

I want to know why the app that I develop falls in the backlist? And how can I communicate faster to AVG to fix possible errors in my app without knowing by my users?
