Ken, are you getting this 20% update in your AVG program or Windows update?

Have you tried reinstalling the AVG program?

No, I am not trying to update through Window update.Have tried that. I get a 20% install. Much the same with avg. No error messages with either.Just reaches 20% then stops

Are you trying to install Windows updates through AVG Driver Updater?
Do you receive any error message? What is the status when you try to install the update through built in WIndows updates?

Avg downloads the update,but cannot Install it. I have tried switching off antivirus without causing any change. I have initiated several restarts and tried to update via  settings/windows update
