My avg account plain text

recieved your email. NO YOU MAY NOT HAVE MY LOGIN INFORMATION! that can be considered phishing. if your "senior level support team" can't work this out without logging into my account, forget it!

okay so it will be a week tomorrow since i got in contact about this. been told all 3 times i've got in contact with you I would be contacted by someone from "Senior support" and yet nothing. this is really annoying now. HELP!!!

whenever i log into my avg online account I just get plain html text. there is NOTHING on the screen to click on to view my order history, subscriptions or even log out! I've contacted avg support don't seem to be getting anywhere anyone else have this issue? I've tried multiple browsers, different computers, clearing the cache etc still no joy. many thanks in advance!

As you can see from my previous post's, I've been told this 3 times on three different occasions. WHEN will someone contact me like i'm constantly being told I will be?!

My operating system is windows 8.1. have also tried windows 7, ipad and phone. all browsers are upto date as well as all system drivers and updates

May I know the operating system installed on your PC?
Is all of your browsers are up to date?
If not please try updating any one of your browser, it is better if you update Google Chrome browser and check for the issue.

Jack, Actually according to the last posting by Balasubramanian (AVG Technologies) your issue has been escalated to the AVG senior level team & it's awaiting a suggestion which will be posted here.
