Dear Rakshith
The link you wrote does not work?
I used the function in AVG:
Quarantine
Select file
Send to analysis
I wrote in the message and asked them to contact me by mail. I send them the files 28.06.2020. No replies yet.
Would you please answer above questions:
1)
Is it the same files, or are they replicating? Since they have other file names in the column [xxxx].pdf?
2)
Why does the software quarantine the almost same 4 files everytime?
3)
What kind of "damage" are they doing on my system?
4)
How come my firewall, file-shield etc. haven't stopped them?
Thank you in advance
Best regards
Emil
Dear Avinash
Thank you for replying
Can I upload the files to the link you posted aswell?
Do you have any idea, what kind of "damage" or other stuff, they might have done before they were moved to quarantine?
Would AVG fileshield intervened, if they started doing something? (If they started doing something, without me opening them)
Thank you ind advance for your replies
Best regards
Emil

Dear forum members and AVG support
My FREE AVG software keeps quarantining the same 4 files.
I update my product all the time.
When i deep scan, with several months apart, the software find and quarantine the same 4 Other:Malware-gen[Trj].
I performed the scans at:
21.06.2020
28.10.2019
06.08.2019
The files have almost the same name, except other numbers in the column [xxxx].pdf.
I add screenshot in Reply underneath, so you can see the info. The software finds the same 4files everytime. The three at top are only an example, of how the [xxxx] is changing, and that goes for all the 4 files.
I have the following questions:
1)
Is it the same files, or are they replicating? Since they have other file names in the column [xxxx].pdf?
2)

I am looking forward to your answers
