My AVG AntiVirus quit unexpectedly

Hi Rosa,
I regret to hear about that. Please try to repair AVG to fix the issue. To repair your AVG please follow these instructions:

Go to Start -> Control Panel.
Note: Click Settings first if Control Panel is not available in the Start menu.
Open (Programs) -> Programs and Features, or Add or Remove Programs.
Select AVG Protection or AVG Antivirus in the list of programs.
Click the Change or Change/Remove button.
Select Repair.
Follow the instructions on your screen to complete the installation.
Restart your computer.

Hello I need some help. I tried doing a computer scan and it stops during the scan and a window pops up saying that AVG has unexpectedly stopped.  I tried scanning the computer several times and it the same window keeps popping up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
