went to bestbuy and bought the avg 2015 ultimate 1 year for 90$ and the key code was faulty. called customer service and went straight to india…i live north carolina…had the worst customer service. He litterally did nothing to help me except waste the 1 hour i could of gone to bestbuy and swapped out the product for another as i did after i was rudely was hung up upon. the bestbuy customer service was great the swapped it right out. get home…what would you know another faulty key code. Third times the charm they always say but sadly another swing and strike 3. Another faulty key code. Moral of the story is bestbuy does not open their packages. they simply inventory and distribute. they cannot accept returns for software items that are purchased and simply have nothing to do with this accept they were in a rock and a hard place given a whole batch of avg key codes that were all sadly faulty… nothing to say accept as i type this my computers internal microsoft firewall has picked up a zues virus. thank you avg. would love to use your product.
