My AVG does not update

My AVG(program) is telling me that "its to old" and must update. However when i press the update buttom it tries for at few seconds, but give up?.
It had work ok since i installed the program and i have not made any changes my self. And it works ok on another pc. I am using W10

Thank you for providing the screenshots on this thread. This issue could be caused due to incomplete installation of update files. I would suggest you to uninstall AVG Internet Security and re install it to resolve the issue.

Click on this link http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-uninstall-AVG for help to uninstall AVG Internet Security.
Then open AVG PC TuneUp, click on 'Go to Zen' at the top left corner to open AVG Zen. Click on Internet Security tile to re install it.

I regret for any inconvenience caused with uninstalling AVG. I would request you to follow the steps in http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-uninstall-AVG-AntiVirus-for-Mac to uninstall AVG. If the steps provided in article does not help, open "folder /Library/Application Support/AVGAntivirus/components/uninstall/ " and run the com.avg.uninstall.app.

Iam not sure if you can see the images - ill try Chrome instead of Edge
