Regards to your AVG post, please clarify exactly what happens when you get the Scan report.
Are you getting any error message? If so, please share the screenshot of the concerned error message and please mention the operating system of your computer.
If Windows, I'd recommend you to repair the AVG AntiVirus and check the status in this meanwhile.

I have an Icon which takes me immediately to my account where it shows when it was last scanned etc.  When I go to my icon and push open it will not open now.   It worked fine last evening but this morning it won't open.
