My AVG internet security and AVG TuneUP are not responding & are showing a "UI failed to load error

We could see that you are unable to open the AVG programs.

We request you to run the clear and remover tool.
This will remove both the AVG programs from your computer.
Then perform a fresh installation and check for the issue again.

I tried repairing the AVG Security.  Indicated repair complete.  Restarted PC.  Attempted to open AVG security… same error.  Anyone else having this problem??
