Thank you for providing the Screenshots. I would suggest you to reactivate AVG Ultimate by logout and login in AVG Zen Interface.
Please click the Email address on the top right of the Zen interface.
- Select Leave the Network.
- Login again with your My account credentials.
Wait for sometime till the program finish the updates and check if the program is activated.
