i have been charged 8 times for my yearly internet security since Sept, 2, 2013.  I should not have been charged but 4 times.  The next billing should not be until Sept, 2, 2017!  I want a refund for the amount I was over charged!  This is not right.  I trusted you to renew it once a year!
