My avg-internetsecurity is nog in my productlist in my account

I bought internet-security on 3 september 2018, but it is nog in my procuctlist in my account, only the invoice is there. I can not install the full version on my computer. I asked avg for help several times, but no one helped me! Does anbody else have this Problem?
