My AVG might be interrupting my internet connection?

Let's have a look at it together.
Are you able to access that game without any issues when AVG is disabled?
If you haven't tried this step yet, right click on AVG icon under system tray next to clock, click on toggle bar to turn off your protection temporarily.

Whenever i am playing Rainbow 6, i constantly lose connection with the error code 2-0x0000C015. I read the support on R6's website and it mentions that my anti-virus may be interfering with the game's connection to the server. Is there any way i can configure my AVG to NOT interfere with my internet connection?
