The rest of the products has to be purchased separately.
When you near the expiry of Internet Security and PC TuneUp license, you can contact us and we will help you with the purchase of AVG Ultimate.
Regarding the license not appearing in AVG my account, we have sent an email for you to provide the screenshot of entire AVG my account page including the email address appearing at the top.
Once we receive it, will escalate to concern team and fix it.

When I login to my AVG account I can't see my other paid products except password protection. Is my AVG anti virus and PC tuneup just for pc or can it be used for handphone too. I would like to subscribe to VPN but is there a bundle for all products.
