Please be informed that AVG Protection comes under AVG zen product, The license number for the AVG zen product is not physically visible for us. You have to use your My account username and password to logon in to your AVG Protection.

My licence doesn't expire till July but my licence number is not recognised. I have tried to email you and to chat online but get no reply. I have downloaded the free version so that my computer is safe but that runs out tomorrow which will leave me with no protection.
