AVG TuneUp is an optimization tool that detects unnecessary items and performance issues, freeing up disk space and improving the speed of your system. It is not an antivirus subscription. If you've installed AVG AntiVirus Free on your PC, then your PC is protected by AVG with basic protection but some premium features are disabled in AVG AntiVirus FREE, to enable those premium features, you need to upgrade your AVG AntiVirus FREE to AVG Internet Security.
I request you to share the screenshot of the AVG windows which shows you to purchase other AVG programs, so it will be easier to understand your exact concern.

I paid for one year protection since January, but every time it ask to pay for another protection. i uninstall the AVG free and i want to install the software i paid for before and I cannot.
