You can reactivate your AVG Internet Security using its license number to convert into paid version. Open AVG Antivirus free -> My AVG -> My Subscription -> enter your license number.

If you have your email address in subscription tab, please choose log out. Then you will have the option to enter license number. You can locate your license number from the order confirmation email you received at the time of purchase.
