My AVG screen says I'm using AVG Free

Thanks for that, worked fine. The strange thing is that the full AVG has been working fine until just the other day. Must have lost the the key while defraging or something. Thanks again.

This could be due to the reason you have not yet activated AVG using the paid license number. Please follow the steps below to complete the activation and let us know if the issue persist.

1. Open AVG Anti Virus Free.
2. Click on My AVG -> My Subscription.
3. Click on 'Enter new license'. (If you do not see this option, click 'Logout' to see it).
4. Type in the new license, follow the on screen instructions to complete the activation.
