Hello Marie,

We have sent an email and request you to share the screenshot of the email that you received regarding the merging of AVG subscriptions.
We would like to know whether you receive the expiry message on AVG Internet Security program or through email?

I have had a mess. advising that my AVG Internet Security expires on the 18th Feb. 2020.
I have had previous discussions with AVG regarding my membership due to an offer that was
made to me back in 12 March 2018 by email, that my:
AVN Secure VPN; AVG Internet Security; AVG Tune Up - Unlimited to be merged and extend my AVG Internet Security-Unlimited. "This way you will get a 2 years subscription with an additional 6 month extension for free.  This means that your AVG Internet Security-Unlimited will be valid until May 2021." No additional charges apply".
Can you please advise why my AVG Internet Security is to expire then on the 18th Feb. 2020?

Hello AVG,

Please find attached a copy of the email from AVG to myself relating to the merging offer of
the AVG subscriptions on the 12 March 2018.

I have also attached a copy of the AVG Message that popped up on my laptop this morning re that my subscription was about to expire in 11 days.

I would appreciate your assistance in this matter so that it is cleared up once and for all.

Appreciate your efforts in sharing us the screenshots, Marie. 
Upon checking your account, you do have an active subscription of AVG Internet Security (as you've mentioned). 
From the provided screenshots, we see that the program awaits re-activation. As it isn't recommended to share the product details over this post, we've sent you an email including the validity, activation steps & code.
Please follow those steps to activate & let us know if it helps.
