My AVG secure VPN can't connect

I will check this for you.

Have you changed the VPN server location and checked if you are able to connect?

If not, please turn off AVG Secure VPN and then change the location and check if you are able to connect.

Hi, I purchased and installed the secure VPN put it couldn't establish connection. I tried to use the suggested DNS providers from the AVG website but it didn't work. 
What I can do now?
