I received my Laptop from Open University and it was supposed to come with preloaded Microsoft 365 and AVG Antivirus Security.. The laptop was meant for my modules in October but it was delayed until January, so I had to defer until this year, My free AVG is trying to get me to purchase another subscription, as the say my year is up, It didn’t arrive until January. Now I cant find the AVG app at all, can someone help please, my disability causes enough stress. If I cant resolve quickly, this year will also be passed PLEASE HELP ME.
