I would be grateful if you could cancel the above Tune Up account, as I have cancelled my AVG account some weeks previously.   It is due to be taken from our account shortly, but as I had asked for both accounts to be cancelled some weeks ago, I assumed that the Tune Up account would also be cancelled as it is now not needed.
