My AVG Subscription is both active and inactive at the same time also avg programs are acting strangely

AVG Ultimate (Multi-Device) 1 year, 10 devices.

One of my devices says my subscription had expired but not on the others though one seems to think none of my services are installed despite them running. The others keep suggesting I pay for services I already have but these services will not work on the device. Your customer support pages go in a never ending loop as the final solution is to ‘contact support’ i.e. start the whole process again. the technical form and chat cannot be accessed.

You also installed a browser program i did not ask for and does not work other than popping up to tell me. In fact it appears that your programs have dementia as they exhibit odd behaviors - VPN shuts down internet connections completely, scheduling does not work for scans, notifications are often meaningless or just adverts

It appears that i am subscribed to 6 devices but one pc died and as i said on one 1 device i was told the subscription had expired. I can find nowhere to cancel a subscription on a device that has failed. I should be able to see a list of all devices subscribed to be able to cancel devices that blew up. The solution might be to deactivate the devices subscribed and i can re-activate them.

It is all very confusing - I thought that automatically renewing my subscription meant I had to do nothing.
