My avg subscriptions

Let's work together to fix it. Recently you have been charged for renewal of Internet Security - Unlimited and another AVG Internet Security (1 computer) is up for renewal.

Yes, Internet Security - Unlimited doesn't require a license number. Have you logged out and log back in after renewal to update the subscription?  

Could you share the screenshot http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Create-screenshot of AVG user interface where it shows as not protected?

                         Firstly i would like to ask you why i have been on a 1 month free trial period for my avg internet security when my current subscription does not expire untill the 3/11/2018 also i have also bought a 2 year avg internet security-unlimited which when i went to buy this was the subscription that you recommended for me to purchase by you as you know there is no licence number with this subscription it is telling me that i am not fully protected and this is not what i wanted the money for this subscription has already been taken from my bank account i sincerely hope that this matter can be sorted out very soon and i hope to hear from you
