My AVG Tune Up will not accept my password

We are here to help you. May I know if AVG TuneUp user interface is password protected? Are you experiencing this issue on your Windows computer?
If possible, please share a screenshot ( http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot ) of the page which is asking to enter password to proceed further.
You can post the screenshot here on your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
