my AVG TWO DATABASES ARE OUTDATED, ANTIVIRUS AND ANTISPYWARE as i ddnt use my laptop or few months and during that time it ddnt update, i think so, later on i repeatedly attempted to update but it said no updates available. i tried in many ways as posted in forums in which some aaare as
1. open adavnced settings in tool option and update opening, delete temproray updates and re update…ddnt work
2. c/programs/AVG/log and send it but my lo folder is empty so i couldnt send it to AVG
i also want to mention the problem that often happens during scanning , sometimes it fortunately complets the scan process but most of the time the scan is left interrupted as the computer is shut down itself and sometimes it fails to awaken even on multi attempts so i m scared of scanning now, i also noticed that sometimes this problem happened as the computer is charging so i now often avoid scanning with charging but the problem exists
my system is window 7 32 bits
avg is 8.5.455
please anybody help me in an easy way as i dnt know much of these technicacl stuff and computer things but will try to sort out. currently i m also using AVAST bt it also has the problem of shutting down in mid all of a sudden though it was good at start.
