Please can an advisor explain why my AVG VPN is STILL not working??? My subscription is valid and activated, but whenever I try to put it 'on' a message appears saying I'm offline. This is NOT the case as I am online at this moment writing to you, but it STILL WILL NOT let me switch VPN on. Please advise as a matter of urgency. Thank you
