My AVG VPN will not start automatically when I book up my machine

To anyone who can kindly assist

I had a problem with my AVG VPN in that it would not start automatically when I booted up my PC and it connected to the internet.

The senior technical consultant recommended me to switch off the option "Exclude private networks" if I wanted to connect the VPN automatically. I did this and it worked very well.

However, I had another problem with my VPN and so I contacted VPN and their junior consultant via remote access changed some parameters on my PC and also uninstalled and reinstalled all my AVG products.

When I then tried again to make the VPN automatically connect it does not do it. Even the switching
off of the option of "Exclude private networks" no longer works.

Would anyone kindly assist with this issue. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
