Could you provide the screenshot of the warning message that comes up when you try to turn on AVG Secure VPN?
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

My avg vpn will not turn on work when I double click on it.
When i double click on it a warning infl comes up.
The vpn page does not open and so is not on activated.

It says the procedure entry point dep-oslsWinVistaOrBetter could not be
           located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files 9x86\avg\Secure
           VPN\CommonUl.dll

It looks like you have issues with the user interface of AVG Secure VPN. We couldn't locate any paid subscriptions of AVG Secure VPN under your current account. 
Let us reinstall AVG Secure VPN and verify the status.
