I know how to printscreen an image and attach it. What I'm saying is that before, on my first comment, there was NOT an icon for inserting/uploading files or something like that. The 'Image' icon only had a URL to insert.

When I open AVG (doesn't matter what I use, icon on the toolbar or on the Window's 10 apps list) a window opens and all I can see is on the left a green "You're protected", on the top left corner of the window there's a bunch of white letters on top of each other and on the top right corner the Menu, minimize and close buttons can't be clicked (i.e., nothing happens!)
I already uninstall/reinstall AVG but it is the same!
I'd like to attach an image showing the AVG window but it seems that I can't attach files from my computer!

I have reported this to concern team and necessary action will be taken as soon as possible.
This particular issue with AVG user interface has to be resolved by reinstalling AVG program.
Please run both removal tools as mentioned in this article: https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product to remove existing AVG program traces.
NOTE: If there are no AVG program found please click on "Run Anyway" to proceed with the removal.
If you are using AVG Antivirus free please follow the steps as mentioned in this article: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-AntiVirus-Free to install it.
