I keep getting messages that my AVG (paid) virus protection is not up to date.  I try to update it, and the taskbar starts, and then just stops and says that it's done, even though no update has been made.  my latest update is from 7/18/17 and it says a new virus definition is available from 8/18/2017, but it won't load.  Should I try to uninstall and then reinstall AVG and then do updates and see if that works? Any assistance would be helpful.  Thanks
