My Block App program is not working

When I get the message "WinZipMalwareProtector.exe" is trying to access your sensitive file", the program asks me "What would you like to do?"  I highlight "Block App" and then highlight "Got it".

I assume once I highlight those two buttons, I will not be asked to do it again.  Yesterday, I went through the collected files three times and today, I have already went through it once.  Since I am working with a 20 year old data base, this action takes about 30 minutes to go through re-highlighting each document.

What am I doing wrong or is it an issue with the software program?
