mY card is charged twice but I have no subsceiption at all

I have neither a subscription to any of AVG Products, nor have ever ordered something. Nevertheless my card has been charged twice some days ago, without any autorisation. I don’t understand what is going on= Obviously, youou have a serious trouble with many mistakes in charging customer (seen from yor website) …  … Please, return my money back.
