My computer crashed. I requested license in so I could download AVG to new computer. I received info and downloaded the recently purchased two year tune up program, but did not receive the Driver Update program I ordered the next day. Need phone or email

Need help getting license number for purchased Driver update program. Computer crashed need to download to new computer. I was sent info on Tune-up program and dowwnload. Did not receive license number for Driver update info. I have order number info from my purchased info page - but can't talk to anyone or email - Please advise
