The first thing that impressed me about AVG is that its always at the top of the list when major labs test antivirus products. I'm a AVG customer from many years, As William, I aslo got same issue when with my recent purchase I'm a writer and my all software and majer oxford citation (url removed) tool are light and always need antivirus in my laptop.
