Do you mean your AVG reports an inactive component? Please provide us with a screenshot ( http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot ) of your AVG interface to assist you further. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
Please also let us know which version of AVG program are you using.
