My credit card has been charged for a service I don't have

Hi, I've been charged $109.99 for a service that I didn't know I had, I can't contact AVG to query this charge, it seems they are as bad as the people that they say they are protection us from. 
What is your contact please, I wish to cancel this charge so it does not happen again.
