My Credit Card statement shows AVG taken payment-AVG have no record of the payment

I have today received my credit card statement which shows a payment to AVG on the 27th Feb - my current subscription does not expire until 31st May - Rang AVG but their system was not showing they had taken a payment - I was assured they would check this and send me an email within 10 minutes but I have heard nothing from AVG.   The telephone number for AVG on my credit card statement was unobtainable also.  I am very concerned.  The payment seems to be for a 1 year subscription of 39.99 but I always have a 2 year subscription - anyone else had this issue and how can I get it sorted.

All i want to know is if it is AVG who have taken the payment or is a fraud transaction - but AVG do not seem able to give me an answer
