Balasubramanian,
NO, excuse me for running two (2) different topics together. "To get my verifying email had to return to my original settings, in my email client (because AVG had my email client blocked), then the message is so large, could only see about .01% of each character of the message, had to find some way of Ctrl+c/Ctrl+v into my web browser." This was about my validating email from the forums. I do not use WEBMAIL have an e-mail client and most eveyone has never heard of it, have been using since late 80's or early 90's.
Have gotten it just about setup, all day attempting to set up the email settings. Have figured them out except for a function not used by me, "IMAP" keeps selecting. "Activate this server and use it to send/receive emails." Have gone over, over, over, over, over, over, over, over, over, over, over, over, over, over, over, over, you get the message, I hope. Selecting from the main window, "OPTIONS/Advnced Settings/Email Protection/~ IMAP right-hand panel bottom line, the checkable box for the quoted BOLD line above keeps being checked after I remove the 'check.' Even clicking the "Apply" before the "OK" has little affect. PLUS clicking the "FIX NOW" only brings up the NEED to enter the Admin password to apply said fix and that check box is just reselected. I do NOT need the IMAP server.

My e-mail client, Pegasus Mail v4.70, is having Heart Burn with your settings for monitoring my email, may just have to not use your method. '127.0.0.1' port 5300 does not work. To get my verifying email had to return to my original settings AND then it was so large, could only see about .01% of each character of the message, had to find some way of Ctrl+c/Ctrl+v into my web browser. NOT good if this is how we are to work together.

Balasubramanian,
Just received an email from you, I think, and cannot display some areas as there is a report, "An error occurred in the secure channel support (12157)" do not understand what is requested. There are two (2) grey boxes without any information as to which one should be used.
Hello Don,
We are glad to know that you have managed to resolve the issue. We appreciate your efforts. We would like to thank you so much for your valuable feedback. Thank you.
Please excuse me if sound abrassive and harsh, but; downloade AVG this morning at about 0030 local time using military 24 hr clock. Have been up since about 1145 last night trying to find an AntiVirus scanning software to install on my system. Then once installed have had to fight my way through this maze in setting up so my system is protected.
On top of that some very good protective software installed on my system is setup where any installs need to be placed in a special folder to execute. And your installer attempts to run some files that require Admin Privaleges then do not access the User Account to ask for Admin Password. The only way to get this installed require me to LOGIN as my Admin and go on line to get the software installed, which is NOT what I want to do toooo large a risk online as Admin. I am very security minded as one job of mine before retirement was manager of a small network of dumb terminals and the main frame was within my office, about 36 terminals over several buidings extending about three (3) miles. Self taught not any schooling nor classroom instructions, all on my own. Have worked with computers since about 1975 on a Data General (Hog as I call it) 64 bit with logic switches and a TTY (teletype) for input/output.
THE END!
