I am a customer of your for many years. A week ago my e mail was "HACKED" all my in mail, sent mail and contacts are gone. I have no details of my license number and expiry date. I believe sometime in May or June this year. I am presently in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico for the Winter. Will return to Canada on April 8th. Had my Labtop checked and cleaned here by a professional company. However, most of my files and details are difficult for me to find. I am 78 years old and surely NOT  a computer wizard. I need your help to protect my details again.
My NEW e mail again, because the old one is now perhaps checked by some gangster, my e mail is: . My address in Toronto was years ago at 21 Innisfree Court, I then moved about 8 or so years ago to 777 West Shore Blvd. Pickering, Ontario, I just mention this so you may be able to find me in your files. The name is Werner O. Schmidt and if you need more details please send my a message. Any help will be most appreciated.
