My fire wall says it's missing a driver and is inactive

my fire wall says it's missing a driver and is inactive.  How can I fix this??

Have the same situation.  Using Windows 10, and I tried the reset but no joy.

First two suggestions I'd alrady tried without success, but  fixed the issue with last suggestion.  control panel = programs i- avg - repair    then update.   thank you for no hassel, easy to follow solution.   I had the free edition of avg for 5 years, so impressed with it I started paying for it .   impressive if you impress me.
