My firewall does not work properly

For this issue, it is necessary to reinstall the AVG program completely.
Please run the AVG remover tool as mentioned in this article: http://avgread.me/1DEtNP0
To install the latest 2017 version of AVG Internet Security program, please click this link: http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/Antivirus_Free_1817.exe to download the installation file of AVG Antivirus free.
Once it is installed, please open the AVG Antivirus free dashboard and click on "Menu–>About–>Subscriptions"
You will have option to enter the license number, please enter it which will activate the AVG Internet Security.

I have AVG internet security, Windows 10. Using google chrome. the firewall is turned off and when I click on it to repair message comes "firewall cannot start becouse an error occure in communication with a driver". I checked all my drivers and all of tem are updated up to date. any help?
